لازب is here the same as لازم. The latter is the original word, the م being changed into ب, and it is also used in this phrase; but لازب, in this instance, is the more chaste.

En-Nábighah says: [Then do not think that good will have no evil after it, nor think that evil will be a constant infliction]

Sgh says, of the change of رِوَاغَةٌ into رِيَاغَةٌ, or of و into ى, because of a kesreh before it: هٰذَا القَلْبُ لَيْسَ بِضَرْبٍ لَازِبٍ [This kind of change is not necessary.]
