The plural of حَاوِيَةٌ and حَاوِيَآءُ is said to be حَوَاوٍ; but IB says that Sb does not hold this plural allowable, and that حَوَايَا is the plural of all three singulars, originally of the measure فَعَائِلُ as plural of the first, and فَوَاعِلُ as plural of the second and third [though by rule these two should be حَوَآءٍ].
AHeyth says that حَوَايَا as plural of حَاوِيَةٌ is like زَوَايَا as plural of زَاوِيَةٌ.
ISk mentions الحَاوِيَاتُ as plural of الحَاوِيَةُ and الحَاوِيَآءُ [in the latter case like قَاصِعَاتٌ as plural of قَاصِعَآءُ], and explains it as meaning بَنَاتُ اللَّبَنِ [apparently the small guts in which the lacteals originate].
